How the Program Works
- Employees enroll to participate in the program (Name, Department, Employee # and Location).
- Enrollment can be accomplished online or via hardcopy enrollment forms.
- Each day that an employee participates in the program they will report their activity.
- Activity can also be reported electronically or via a paper ride sharing form.
- If the activity is reported online, an administrator at your Company will have access to all activity as it is reported via our SmarTrakker© administration tool.
- If reporting is paper based, your administrator will only see activity after it has been scanned and reports have been generated. Generally reporting occurs once/month.
- For their participation employees earn points that can be redeemed for awards.
- A point value is preset for each type of alternate transportation.
- Rewards are listed in an online catalog or in a printed catalog.
- Employees can redeem their point earnings online, over the phone, via a fax or via the mail.
